About Bojana
Bojana, originally from Montenegro, started dancing at the age of 12, diving into the world of competitive ballroom. It didn’t take long before she was hooked by the precision, expression, and connection that couple dancing brings. By the time she was 17, she was already sharing her passion through teaching—working with both children and adults across a variety of dance styles, with a special focus on partner dances.
At 25, after moving to Belgium, Bojana discovered Brazilian Zouk—and it was love at first step. The freedom, flow, and musical diversity of Zouk offered a completely new way to connect with music and express herself creatively. Since then, she’s immersed herself in the international Zouk scene, learning from some of the best at festivals and congresses throughout Europe.
Dance has always been Bojana’s greatest passion, and she believes that classes should be a balance of solid technique and genuine enjoyment. Her teaching style combines clear, structured instruction with a fun, open atmosphere that makes learning feel exciting and natural.
She founded ZoukLab with the intention of creating a platform for dancers to build strong foundations, explore musicality, and be part of a welcoming community where everyone feels at home. Two years ago, on a dance floor in Poland, Bojana met her dance partner Lukas (from the Czech Republic), and the two have been teaching together ever since.
To ensure high-quality learning and individual attention, groups are kept smaller, allowing for more personalized feedback and deeper connection with students.
Bojana is known for her thoughtful, technique-focused teaching and her passion for discovering new ways to help dancers grow faster and with more confidence—while having a great time along the way.
“Dance allows us to communicate beyond words, and I’m passionate about helping others find their voice through movement.“

About Lukáš
Lukáš is a dedicated Brazilian Zouk teacher with a rich background in partner dancing and music. Originally from the Czech Republic, he began his dance journey at 15, exploring a variety of styles from ballroom and swing to Latin dances and Argentine tango, before falling in love with Zouk six years ago. He started teaching in Dance Studio Stolarna in Brno, where he began sharing his passion with local dancers.
A turning point came when he met his partner Bojana at a dance festival. That connection led him to move to Belgium, where the two now teach together, combining their energy and experience at ZoukLab Antwerp.
What makes Lukáš’s approach unique is the way he blends his wide dance experience with strong musical insight. Having studied piano since the age of six, his background as a musician gives him a natural feel for rhythm, phrasing, and musical structure—skills that shine through in his teaching and help students truly understand how to move with the music.
In class, Lukáš emphasizes clear technique, structured learning, and balanced development of both leading and following skills. Drawing on his broad dance background, he brings fresh perspectives into Zouk, helping students grow into confident, creative dancers.
He continues to travel across Europe to learn from top international Zouk artists, always seeking out new knowledge and inspiration to bring back to the community in Belgium.
“Zouk offers a unique connection—with music, your body, mind, and partner—bringing you fully into the present where nothing else exists. Best of all, anyone can experience such connection.“

What struck me most is how welcome I felt in the group, from the very first class, even though I didn't know anybody. Now many of that group are my dear friends, including the teachers. That's exceptional and something I've never experienced learning other dances.

Bojana and Lukas are super talented and kind hearted teachers. They put all their passion for dance in every class and coming from different dance backgrounds pour in a lot of different skill sets so everyone can find a way that works for his/her learning process. Can definitely recommend their classes 10000%! 💜

Not only did I learned new zouk steps, improved my zouk technique, I also enjoyed connecting with people through dance, the fun zouk socials and great music. The organisation of the workshops is perfect, they are prepared, there is a good music and a solid dancing floor. I will be back ;) <3
